Your path to the assessment test (FSP)

The Bonnlingua language institute prepares you specifically for university studies in Germany. Our Studienkolleg (university foundation course) prepares students whose school-leaving qualification is not yet recognised in Germany for the assessment test (Feststellungsprüfung, FSP) – the entrance exam for studying at any German university or university of applied sciences.

The Studienkolleg lasts 10 months and is divided into two semesters. Four subjects are taught: German plus three subjects related to your intended field – depending on what you would like to study later. On completion, you take the external FSP (written and oral) at the Bezirksregierung (district government) in North Rhine-Westphalia.

  • A telc B2 certificate for admission
  • B2 level but no certificate? You can take the telc exam with us within 2 months of the course start
